Thanks to Craig I now have a smell free unblocked drain. Excellent customer service, approchable and he also explained to my interested little boy what he was going to do to the drain to fix the problem. Thanks again!

We had repairs done to our external fresh water pipe on 9/11/11 which meant our garden, drive and patio had to be dug up. The two workmen who carried out the job were friendly and proffesional. The job involved the water being turned off for ourselves and our very elderly neighbour, the workmen were aware they could worry our neighbour by knocking on her door and asked me if i would mind explaining as i know her well, this was very thoughtful of them. and i was very impressed by their consideration for my neighbour. When the job was finished they cleaned up and replaced everything to the point that you wouldnt even know they had been here. Great job, well done!!!

this man is my hero, he had to come and clear my sewer pipe which the local chinese had blocked by putting fat and food down it. the smell was horrendous. it took craig over 2 hrs to unblock it. craig is a lovely bloke very professional how he can clean a sewer with a smile on his face is beyond me. a big thankyou to craig and roy who i spoke to on the phone several occasions offering lots of help and advice

Excellent - both your customer service advisor and the person that came out and sorted the problem. They rang me back when they saidthey would, they rang me to tell me they were coming. My bill is from Seven Trent but Yorkshire Water are responsible for drains. There is no tel number on the Seven Trent bill on how to contact you - on the other hand it might confuse people if there were two numbers on the letter. 10/10 to Yorkshire Water.

10/11/11 Jonathan installed our water meter at about 13.45.He was very helpful and efficient and answered all our questions. He is is a a real asset to your company.

Michael Denny also followed the progress. Julie was extremly helpful, I am sure Yorkshire Water would like more staff like her, an excellent employee.

Superb service, very clear and helpful

Mike attend my property and cleared a foul blockage. I would like to give praise over his professional manor, very polite and helpful. He had excellent job knowledge and too time to explain the situation and how to prevent the problem re occuring. Over all he did a more than excellent job. He is a credit to the company.

Having booked one of your employees to assess and possibly fit a water meter in the property i have recently moved into, i was left by my boyfriend to meet the person on the day. I had managed to find in the cellar a tap which i only assumed was the stop cock. I was not looking forward to dealing with what i assumed would probably be a male employee. The appointment was between 12 and 4pm, but i was telephoned at 1130hours and the male employee politely asked if i was in and if he could come then, even though it was early. On arrival of your employee, i was immediatley put at ease by Jonathan Wagner and found him to be a pleasant and polite person who got on with job quickly and efficiently. The job completed speedily and without any fuss and he even cleaned up the little water that had escaped, and everything was explained throughout.Can i say that the whole experience was professional and a credit to both Jonathan Wagner hiimself and the company.

Excellent customer service skills. He arrived and had a look to see if a meter could be fitted. The answer was yes and then came the surprise he could fit the meter now! He was extremely jolly and friendly and a credit to the water meter fitting team. Highly delighted As a final note I would also like to state how pleased we were at the speed. I emailed the request Friday last week got a call back straight away with a date for any day from Tuesday the next week. Im impressed

Our new house that i was working on sprung a major leak on the supply pipe,called Yorkshire water 30 mins later engineer Andrew Barstow arrived,he was very efficient and friendly and was concerned that i needed help.He replaced the section of pipe and put me a new stoptap on.I feel he must be nominated for what he did,got me out of a bad situation,a credit to Yorkshire water.

i reported aleak and these two came this morning to find and repair it wich didnt take steve long to find it and they got on to repair it straight away ( wich was under my lawn wich is my pride and joy ) and i can honestly say they did it and you can hardly tell it has been dug up also they were very friendly well mannered and curteous to both me and my husband, i must admit i have stressed about having everything dug up for weeks and after today i am very relieved......once again my thanks to steve and young ash.

Craig attended a blockage in our street and cleared it with no fuss. Was a very friendly and willing bloke and upheld the name of Yorks Water very well.

These gents turned up and did a fantastic job connecting up the new supply pipe. They went out of their way to be helpful. The extra effort they put in really made a difference.
