The above two guys were fantastic! They arrived approx two hours after I rang and would not leave until every trace of the troublesome roots we have had here in the drains for years, were cleared. They were courteous, caring and understanding to my "wittering and complaining about Wakefield council who have been extremely unhelpful regarding the roots.I would also like to thank the lady who I first spoke to at Yorkshire Water who arranged for a speedy visit for us. Thank you once again from a very satisfied Yorkshire Water customer.

Arrived promptly as arranged with your excellent phone centre staff, He phoned before hand to confirm arrival time. Listened to the problem. Explained what he proposed to do. With impressive equipment, he had the underground blockage within quite a long underground run cleared very efficiently. Our ground floor toilet doesnt back up any more. An excellent result. Really nice guy - polite, efficient and everything was tidy on completion. Thanks very much

joe suceeded where countless others have failed to finally find where the water pipe enters my property. He achieved this with perseverance where others before him had given up. He was polite and courteous and had endless patience in answering my many questions - I like to know what is going on. Pity all the professionals and tradesmen who have entered my home over the years are not more like him. Make sure you hang on to him !
