I would like to nominate Richard for first class service when investigating blocked surface water drainage on Leeds Road Selby on the evening of 24/4/12. Richard worked tirelessly to locate a blockage in the drainage line by ruling out different issues/drains to finally locate a blockage in a 7m stretch of pipe, unfortunately this was ina 450mm pipe which was too large for Richards Van to tackly so he arranged for a lorry to arrive the very next morning which had heavier equipment to try and unblock... Excellent Service from Richard and he very very imformative on the issue with is very reassuring for members of the public. Thanks again Richard!!

THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED PROMPTLY-IN FACT SLIGHTLY EARLY WHICH SUITED US. HE WAS COURTEOUS,KNOWLEDGABLE AND SLICK. HE COMPLETED THE JOB WITHOUT FUSS AND ON COMPLETION EXPLAINED FULLY WHAT HE HAD DONE. NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER. nO HESITATION IN COMMENDING RYAN FOR THE WORK HE HAS DONE AT OUR PROPERTY. mAKES A REFRESHING CHANGE-WOW!!!

Ryan fitted our meter on the 25th of April 2012. He was efficient and polite and took the time to explain the full details of how the readings were taken without needing entry to the house , what to do if there was a problem etc. He was quick, friendly and helpful. If he is representive of all your plumbers you should be proud. Thank you for the quick response to our request for a meter.

Ref job no. 14074913 ICE no. K015972 Thse two lad came to repair a raised and dangerous lid to an inspection hatch near us, which I had reported. They were very efficient together with being friendly, civil and courteous. They certainly deserve recognition for a brilliant work ethic. They are a credit to the company.

14108052: There were 3 guys, it was pouring with rain they never complained, they were up to there elbows in mud, I didnt think they would fit the meter, but they did, they were cheerful, they appreciated the coffee and penguins it was nearly 5 oclock when they left,they had to go to Manche but they still washed the path, they were bloody marvelous

I would like to nominate these two people who came out and connected my new water service on Thursday 5th April 2012. They were both friendly well mannered and professional.
