Solved the problem efficiently, great communication over phone as I wasnt at home at the time. This individual was clearly very knowledgable and obviously cared about the standard to which he did his job. It is very nice to see such great customer care and service, the best Ive experienced from any individual. I am a very satisfied customer.

Damon fitted a water meter here this afternoon, 27th March. He was very pleasant, quick, helpful and informative and is a real ambassador for the company. He explained the process very clearly and answered my questions fully. There was absolutely no mess at all for a job that I was actually dreading having done. Nothing was disrupted and the job itself is very neat. A very impressive performance.

I am writing to you to congratulate your team of Balfour Beatty staff for the excellent job in preparation and execution of the task of replacing the section of water main High Hutton in the village of Huttons Ambo. The information provided before the work commenced was accurate. The timing of the work was discussed witht he nearby residents. The number of nights worked on the task was precisely that which was promised. The area was tidied up after the job. All in all 10 out of 10. Any problems following the increase in water pressure (particularly at No. 1 Wold View) were handled promptly and efficiently. The comments from those households whose water pressure has been brought up to ana acceptable level were all positive. Gary Rowe handled the job most efficiently and effectively. His excellent persobal skills and grasp of peoples concerns were very much appreciated. All his Balfour Beatty staff showed a similar ability to accommodate peoples questions. Well done to all. Dear Sir/Madam, Its not often I write to a utility company but on this occasion, I feel that credit is due. Many thanks for your brilliant fast response to the problem I had withmy drains. My first port of call was a lady called Julie she was very helpful and arranged for a Technician to come out, his name was Thomas Ogden from your customer solutions team. He telephoned me and advised me that he had visited the property and had now arranged to get the problem sorted within next couple of days, sure enough they came up and sorted it yesterday.
