K057793-5-customer called in, customer praised the work of Adam Roberts, customer fell down the stairs while Adam was knocking on the door, Adam called the police and managed to get in to the customer property to check she was O.K and phone and ambulance for the customer, customer is very thankfull for Adams help as customer doesnt remember much of the fall.

24435. Roger Bannister and Alan Glover
These two engineers arrived promptly to repair a leak under block paving on the approach to three properties. They worked extremely quickly, taking care to ensure that the block paving that had to be removed was laid out without damge so that it could be re-instated on completion of the repair. A new meter was fitted and the site made good with the block paving being replaced. All original fill was removed and the site cleaned and washed down defore it was vacated. It was a pleasure to see two men who worked as quickly as possible to ensure that the repair was completed with the minimum of disruption to the water supply to my property, and who clearly took a great deal of pride in the standard of workmanship that was achieved. Well done you two.

24436. Steve Moulding
Steve made a visit to my address on Wednesday 18th July at approx. 6.15 p.m. I have recently had a meter installed and the reading was exceptionally high. Steve undertook the necessary steps to find out if it was an internal or external leak. During this time, Steve was extremely helpful and polite - always knocking on the door when needing to gain access to the house and removing his shoes when checking the water in the toilet cistern. As the leak needs to be investigated further externally, Steve explained the paperwork that needed to be completed. I was certainly "Wowed" by Steves excellent customer service.

Ian came to assist with advice & installation of a new meter..... Friendly, efficient, dedicated to the job & to ensuring customer satisfaction was his main aim. He explained everything so clearly, got the job done with no problem & I was an extremely happy customer by his visit ended. Thanks Ian! I recommend his nomination without any hesitation.

Finally after6 months someone with a can do attitude! These two turnerd up on time, and cheerfully fitted our new water meter. In the pavement, in place of the old stop tap just as it should be. They were polite cheerful and friendly with a positive attitude that is required for working in the public domain. The job only took a couple of hours so after having had four or five visits and a call to a senior manager it was wonderful to meet these two!

K090636 - the dig team were verygood. they hardly created any noise oniste , they were very polite and there wasnt any of the usual profanities that he would expect to hear from workmen in general. He was very happy with the dig and how everything was put back.

I didnt get the operatives names, sorry. I reported a blocked drain 29.07.12. Your operative came Monday morning (very prompt) and within 30 minutes had the drain clear & running again. The job number is 14465277, please pass on my thanks to him, he was very professional and friendly, and did a first class job, thank you to both him & YW for a great job.
