I could nominate any of the Yorkshire Water employees that I spoke to to sort this problem as they were all great - but unfortunately I dont have their names! What a nice friendly member of staff you have there a true ambassador for a service provider such as Yorkshire water. Hello. I recently had to complain to Yorkshire Water after a poor customer experience and non-resolution of my problem. My case was referred to Alison in Customer Services. I just wanted to let you know that her intervention was excellent. She really stuck at the job of solving the problem, which I accept was not a straightforward one. I got regular telephone updates and really felt that at last someone was on my side. Well done Alison for getting it sorted out - an asset to YWs customer service team. Thanks again, Robert Webb.

Dave attended follow on work I raised to rectify a faulty shower. The job was to replace the shower. He contacted me to discuss the work, attempted to repair the existing one ,(To save money) and after exhaustive efforts sourced a replacement and installed it to the delight of the customer. He even repaired a slight leak on the customers toilet as a good will gesture. I have worked at Yw for 25years and never had the pleasure of dealing with a plumber who was so polite, informative and helpful. Thankyou Dave and Aquaforce. You are a credit to Yw and its customers. Mr Platt would like to praise Joe who visited today. Mr Platt has had an ongoing problem for 10 years and various visits throughout that time. He said that all it needed was someone to visit with a little bit of common sense - and Joe lifted up m/hole cover and managed to removed a 10 foot log. He said he was very very helpful.,He would like this praise passing on.
