In spite of having to cut away a cupboard panel to gain access the young man who carried out the work left the cupboard and kitchen floor in immaculate state he was courteous and thoughtful, a credit to your workforce and I think you should know of this

I would like to nominate Mick Bradley for a WOW award. He visited our property on 2/8/12 to arrange about fitting a water meter. Right from ringing the doorbell to when he was leaving he was so pleasant and chirpy. He really did seem to love his job. He soon told us that the water meter could be fitted outside our property which was good. Within 15mins everything was installed & he then carefully explained how everything worked even though he gave us the leaflets to read. he still wanted to explain it himself. It is very rare in this day & age for you to get a good customer service but we certainly did with this man. Could you please inform his manager that he has got a rare breed of work person.

my water meter was fixed on the 1/ aug 2012 the man arrived on time and did a first class job after he hade left the drive was so clean my wife though the man had left without fixing the meter a first class tradesman, and a very long time since i got one, wow wow wow. all our thanks for a first service.

We reported a blockage and smell and he attended shortly after our conversation,cleared the blockage and explained were it was,what he had done and what to do if it re occurred. He also was happy to talk to a neighbour who was not effected but had questions about his own drains. Very impressed with the quick and friendly service.

24776. Jody Cowlishaw and Ged Law
Jody and Ged visited today to replace/alter the external stops taps on our drive. They make a great first impression and I wanted to say that Jody and Ged were outstanding. Their upbeat attitude towards a very awkward job was a great reflection of their personalities and I was highly impressed by their determination to overcome the boundaries and get the job done to an excellent standard. They were clean and tidy and made sure that the drive was put back better than before following altering the water pipes. They worked quickly and efficiently but still maintained an outsanding level of service and their polite approach is genuinely a credit to the public relations of Yorkishire Water. I could not have asked for a better pair of professionals to come and sort the job out. Well lads, top job!
