Ref:K159573 . May I say a big thank you to Julie for the kind assistance she gave me when I reported flooding in my house from a manhole just outside my garage. She listened attentively to my concerns and arranged for your service partners to visit very quickly to assess the problem. Each of the visits from your partners was a positive experience and they were genuinely keen to help me. The follow up calls from Julie were reassuring as her manner is polite helpful and efficient. The work is now complete and I am very grateful for all the work carried out by Yorkshire Water staff and the staff of your Service Partner.

K152853-1-Many thanks for your kind response. I am pleased to report that your plumber who promptly attented following my conversation with your colleague Genie resolved the problem. Everything appears to be back to normal I am pleased to say. Please pass my thanks to Genie for her excellent service and kindness, and also a big thank you to yourself for the kind gesture of £50.00. I certainly was not expecting this however greatly appreciate the offer thank you, and from start to finish could not have asked for better service. I will most certainly be spreading the word on how brilliant Yorkshire Water are. I realise we do not have a choice who our providers are, however if we did after the fantastic service and care that has been shown I would always choose you. Many many thanks once again,

Mr Bradley arrived promptly on the due date and went about his business in a professional manner. He also took the time to explain to me the workings of the meter itself. The work was completed promptly and with no mess.

Dave Parker, from Lumsden & Carroll came today at the time I was told by Yorkshire water, and was very helpful and informative, and although he was not able to clear the blockage by himself, he explained what he would request to happen next. He was patient explaining to us, and is a very good people person. I could not have been more impressed. Thank-you for allocating him to solve our problem, Mark OBrien, Ashlea, Flaxton YORK.

Recently been roadworks outside our premises while new pipes have been installed. Paul has always been extremely efficient with passing on information regarding loss of service etc and providing us with bottled water to keep us going.Paul has a friendly nature and excellent customer relation skills.

My property has had blocked drain problems for months, after several attempts at unblocking and removal of roots, mr lawn discovered that I had a manhole undiscovered burried in the garden and which was blocked. All my problems have finally been sorted. Thanks very much.

K167768-1-Russ and John came to install a water meter at my property on the 24 th August 2012. They were both very polite, explaining fully what they were going to do. They then on ompletion explained exactly what they had done and where they had put the meter. they were very pleasant and helpful and they are a credit to yorkshire water!!!!

25373. Barry Bangert and Shaun Cosgrove
K155485-2-cm has asked me to pass on his thanks and praise for Barry Bangert & Shaun Cosgrove. we had attended under instruction from YW to piece through what they thought was an abandoned main, it transpired that the customer was fed from this branch leaving him without water. Customer explained he is disabled and this was very distressing for him. An emergency order was raised and Barry & Shaun attended out of hours. Mr Mazzoni said they were very very helpful and bent over backwards for him.He could not have hada better set of gentleman on the job and he hopes to see them again.he wants this passed to their supervisor and Yw and happy for this to go for "wow" award.
