These two men came out at 8 oclock at night to fix the outside stopcock. They were very efficient and did the job well, they tidied up the outside for us and left all the necessary health & safety notices inplace. By 9pm we had water again.Thanks very much.

Dean and his colleague fitting a water meter for our new property externally, in the pouring rain and had to dig under paving stones and flowerbeds to do so. I thought there was going to be an almighty mess but afterwards it looks as good as new despite the conditions they were working in. First rate job

K128799-18 customer wanted to ensure the feedback was passed onto Philip Ward who went out to his prop. He adv he calmed the customer right down, explained everything so he fully understood and made him feel wanted, he was impressed with his service and how he showed him how to deal with the valve (ext s.tap.) cust very happy and would like this to be passed onto him if possible

ref K144935-1Around a month ago we had a call out for low water pressure. I have 4 kids including a 1 year old baby and we need to bath them on a night time. I called yorkshire water and Dave Allington came out he found that we had a leak in our house which was causing the low pressure.He found the problem and said that he sorted the problem out.Dave was so helpful and friendly even though we needed a plumber to sort out the leak he fixed it for us. Dave went out of his to help us and a big thankyou to him for his kind manner.I really appreciate all he did for us because we would not have been able to get a plumber at that time.He went out of his way to help us.That is why we would like to nominate him for his excellent customer service.

Order number 14485780 - as I dont know all above details. Dave came to our house for an initial visit and then the problem was passed onto a different department, however he continued to be involved and phoned me to check that what he said would happen, had actually happened. He then called round to the house a week later to check that we were happy with the job undertaken. Excellent customer service and a really nice bloke! Thanks to everyone involved - I cant speak highly enough of all the staff that I dealt with.

K156303-3 Mr Doran called as wishes to first of all advise the customer service he has received and the quick response by YW is excellant also wishes to nominate the tech d(D Allington) for a wow award. He attended the property and was polite in his manner and nothing was too much when the turning the ext s/t did not work sufficently he arranged to attend later in the day to try to rectify problem.

K154353-1-I would just like nto add my thanks to the team from Morrisons who came to our property to renew the existing water supply. It was good to see a conciencious dedicated team who took care in their job. Nothing was too much trouble, they worked around our schedule, were very tidy and cleaned up all of the excavations with the minimum of disruption. Please pass on our thanks for a job very well done and a pleasure to see a good team, their namwes were Daz and Baz !!, malso I would like to pass on my thanks to Adam Ullah oif YWA who managed to follow the job through from the complaint to a final solution, where three other people had failed to complete the task, Adam managed the whole process over a 18 moth period due to the joint supply issues, a job well done from Adam, Daz and Baz, well done!!
