After calling your helpline at 9.30am on Tuesday 23rd Oct, Craig arrived at around 10.30 am to clear 2 blocked drains. He had an inexperienced colleague with him and not only did he carry out the unblocking in a professional and efficient manner, he did so whilst instructing his colleague in a clear and knowledgeable way. During his visit he was cheerful and communicative and completed the job quickly and efficiently. My wife and I were most impressed by the service he provided which is not in the most pleasant of environments and we feel he is a credit to your organisation and fully deserves recognition of the fact.
