On 3rd April 2013 I reported a blockage in my waste water system which resulted in my front garden being semi-immersed. On 4th April 2013 I was visited by your engineer, Dan Tate, who very quickly and efficiently pinpointed the problem and rectified it. Regarding the Skell Bridge Pump Station Works in Ripon North YorkshireRe-Recommendation for works by Neil Belcher (Bentleys)Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this recommendation letter because I am extremely impressed by the works and manner in which they have been carried out By Bentlys Neil Belcher and crew at the Skell Bridge Pump Station Project Mr Belcher has kept us notified from the outset of anything that may cause inconvenience or disruption,in which case there has been none of either. The works have been carried out to a high standard and have made a big difference to the area. The team are a credit to Bentleys,Have been courteous and have kept the area very tidy. To whom it may concern, I called Yorkshire Water, morning of 15th April and Janet at ext 521 picked up. I had an unusual issue, which had been resolved back in March but had reoccured again. After explaining the issue, Janet investigated all matters of it from contacting the tenants, the agency who I had dealt with and looking at the various systems, keeping me in the picture constantly. From what was a worry in the morning, she has gone above and beyond the call of duty and delivered an excellent level of service, to which I only have wished for. She is a compliment to herself, to Yorkshire Water as a buiness and her colleagues - excellent work, if not the most then up there with the most amazing customer experience I have ever had. If I could deal with Janet at every business I call then I would be a very happy customer singing hers and your praises, words really do not describe the efforts and results that she has achieved. The 2 mentioned repairers came out to my property and cleared a blockage, they used the camera to check the drains and found a defect next door, They explained everything, they were polite, friendly and professional. They are an asset to the company.Job ref 15500983

HiMany thanks to Martin Eaton – a star employee of Yorkshire Water.Martin undertook a thorough inspection of the communal sewers at 20 – 26 St. Eric’s Rd, Doncaster DN4 6NG and 50 Cantley Lane. Having identified a number of problems set about his work in a professional and courteous manner. Giving a good explanation of the problems and going on to tackle them. Not leaving until all work was complete and advising that a larger machine may be along in the near future to complete the task which was too large for the routine machine in Martin’s vanA Job Well Done Robert Allen

Early On Saturday morning i was struggling with a stuck lock on the horses paddock when Dave stopped on his way to work to give them an apple. I collard him and asked if he could help with the lock. Dave spent 20 minutes with wd40 and some tools to help me release the lock and move 4 horses between paddocks. He went above and beyond to help me out and was friendly and curteous.

The above gentleman from installed our water meter on 8th April 2013. He was not only very efficient, but was a great ambassador for you. He was friendly and had a great sense of humour, but apart from that, we were struck by how brilliantlly he treated my partner, who is trans-gendered. I dont know whether you give diversity training, but he was excellent towards her. The reason I commented was that she has had inapproriate comments and treatment from various trades and sales people. Mick stood out.
