I would like to recognise Pauls efforts in fitting our water meter. Not only did he fit it quickly and efficiently he diagnosed a sticky stop tap and rectified it with undue hesitation. The fitting of service valves was a pleasent surprise, on top of all that fitting pipe insulation to protect the new installation pipework. All carried out in a plesent friendly professional manner, a pleasure having him working in my house. Thanks Paul.

The work we had done was by Paul hudson and Scot devlin I am pleased to say I was informed every step of the way and all my questions answered the job was done to the highest standard and cleaned up perfect when finisted if all work is carried out to this grade I am be very please see that the waterboard are really putting the effort in for their customers

I would like to nominate Paul and Scott for their sheer determination and persistence in identifying the location of a difficult leak. Throughout the wind and rain (and a big drop in temperature) they continued to work tirelessly until they found its location. Throughout the time spent on our property (two visits needed) their customer service was excellent and they were always well mannered and polite. A credit to the company. I would like to thank them for their service.

Today (16th October) they came to our house to repair a leak. It proved hard to locate and difficult to get to. They didnt complain, just got on with the job and were unfailingly cheerful and obliging. At the finish they had to restore to its position an enormous slate slab. They went out of their way to be sure that we were satisfied with their work. You have two jewels here.
