I ve just had a water meter fitted by Mick Bradley. Arrived on time was polite, cheerful and efficient (something you dont often find in tradesmen these days). Nice to be able to have a bit of banter with someone who got on, did the job and then explained all about the meter. He was only here for about 20mins but as a pensioner it feels good when someone makes the day seem a bit brighter in such a short time, especially when you hear and see all the rubbish that passes for news nowadays. Dave kindly reinstated our water supply, after works outside the home to stop a leak left us without water for 6 hours. Dave had a pleasant and friendly manner and went above and beyond when he noticed our bathroom tap was leaking. Although it was a simple matter of tightening a screw, he really did not have to do this. Calling out a specialist would have cost me time and money. Having been off work due to an accident already, this kind gesture really made my day. Thank you Dave.

Job ref 147499800010Dave Parker called today to investigate a blocked sewer. I had previously been told by Dynorod that the blockage was in the main sewer and so had called YW. Mr Parker diagnosed that the blockage was in my own sewer pipe but nevertheless cleared it quickly, saving me the trouble of having to recall Dynorod, with whom I have a service contract through British Gas. He was courteous and informative and I was very grateful for his prompt and efficient service.
