When ever I contact the advisors answering the telephone are so friendly and helpful and I do feel as if I am getting personal service from the people who care. The online order was submitted at 4:15pm and David arrived, after a confirmation telephone call, at 5:00pm. After an initial survey he decided to fit an internal meter and was finished by 5:40pm. A very neat and tidy job with little or no interference to our evening. Now thats what I call service. WOW.

K297852-1- Cust advised she had a flood in the summer which was 2-3 inches deep in the cellar but she cleaned it up herself. She advised there is now sludge there which she has tried to clean up herself but hasnt managed to do it which is why she has called us. She said she didnt previously report this as she didnt realise how easy it would be to get someone to investigate. She said she has spoken with someone from Loop and myself so far and is amazed at how helpful we have been and the way in which we work, at such a fast pace in getting someone out. I have made an appointment for 15.11.12 8-12 to investigate and cust is very happy.
