J675627-1-Hi there, Ive seen on the BBC website an article about increased complaints and just wanted to counter that with a compliment! We have had two disruptions to our water supply in recent months, the latest of which was this weekend and both have been resolved within just a few hours. The website kept me fully updated on the status of the incident and advice & guidance section was excellent. Thank you very much.

Firstly I would like to say that by investing in your people and having a reward scheme such as WOW is commendable, however - if you want others to believe you really mean the message behind celebrating their success, then can you ake sure the WOW nomination is easier to see on the fr ont page of the main website. If you want people to celebrate the success of others, then put your money where your mouth is and blast the good news to all, support your staff that do you proud! Moving on!! I have had over the last few weeks a number of people try to locate and fit a new stop tap outside my property, which without going into detail and the dissatisfaction have failed. However, today, I have indeed been WOWed to the max. From the very minute Chris and Paul arrived this morning I have felt nothing less than a valued and important customer. I live in an area where getting the large van and trailer in was going to be difficult, and may have caused issues with other residents... Chris and Paul immediately spotted this and made sure all the neighboughs and myself could get in and out by not blocking exist etc. Not only did they complete the task they were sent to do, they went more than an extra mile of two in actually completing the ob itself. Where others have failed and been happy to walk away with "I need to get someone else to look at this " Chris and Paul asked me relevant questions, listened to my replies , acted on information and managed to locate the pipes. Hooray!!!!! real people, with a real passion for their job and a sense of pride in getting a job done well. Not only was I wowed, but as they were running a little late on my ob they called the next job to explain... 3 weeks ago I was the customer after a late running job who waited in all day with no coutesy call!! That is top class service. I want to say a huge thank you these guys they make your company look great and have restored a little faith in a very hard to please customer. As Head of Service for BT my role is to support very high profile customers and for me absolutely nothing but the best of service is good enough and I only ever take time to send compliments when I have been wowed well over and above expectations, and my expectations are high, so great job guys and thank you again for your excellent service you should be proud of the way you serve your customers. Both John and his colleague were very helpful, polite and worked hard to ensure that the problem with the drain/manhole was resolved. very efficient and professional. Thank you

Really good service explained everything in detail she was really really impressed. Customer advised she is currenlty dealing with other contractors/builders and the standard of service from the plumber was unbelievable, he left no mess left everything tidy got the customer to sign and she wanted to thank him.

I rang your helpline (unstable manhole cover on road causing lots of noise). Very prompt response ... Richard and Tom quickly and effectively rectified the matter today. What great lads .... far exceeded my expections. They are an asset to your company ... what a shame there arent Richards and Toms working for every company. Well done !!!!!!!!!!!!!

When reading the three meters in our area he realised that there was something wrong with one of the meters,the reading was far too high.Peter asked if we had a key to the property and he stayed about 30mins until we identified where the leak was,there was no sign of flooding and the people who rented the property had not been in for a while.We would still have had the leak in this property if it had not been for his help.
