I On 27th February Steve came to survey my property and installl a water meter for me, I found him to be very pleasant and helpful, he pointed out where to find the stop taps inside and outside the house.He also explained and shown me how to read the meter, he also rang me to let me know he was on his way, he was very efficient - would give him 10 out of 10.The Job No Ref: 15332342

31480. Paul Moore
The majority of my workload is transferred from my home by modem and internet connection, and for the last 18 months there has been problems. The transfer often failed sometimes taking several attempts without success,other times it began the transfer and then froze half way through.Despite this the work did get through,but a large part of it did nt get acredited to myself.This then caused issues regarding my figures and performance. Eventually the issue reached Paul Moore,after first speaking to Paul i felt confident the problem would be fixed. Paul kept me informed every step of the way,he had to find the utility company responsible for the line and arrange checks and then the repair.It was nt plain sailing and Paul often ended up down a dead end with the utlity companies, and it took over 3 weeks before the matter was finally resolved. Paul was in touch almost daily with regular updates and answered any questions i had.The line is now ok and the work is transferred generaly first time.Although work acredited to myself has still to be checked. Paul was calm,patient and professional throughout he took sole responsibility for the problem and even though at times it got very frustrating,never thought of giving up or passing it on. Paul Moore is a credit to the company.

the tech who attended on the first visit (Chris Vasey) was exceptionally nice and very patient in explaining what he was doing. She advised that he did a fantastic job and is very happy with the service we have provided

Neil attended a water pressure problem at our house on Harrogate Stray. He arrived dead on time, got to work immediately, worked hard and fast and called in a collegue who fixed an associated problem quickly. He clearly knows everything on his patch, loves his job and is a real proffessional. He was chearful and informative throughout. A brilliant example of the very best in public service.

Dear sir/madam,I would like to express my gratitude in the sterling work Phil has provided on behalf of Yorkshire Water. Our water pressure dropped and Phil came out to check, he put measures in place to monitor and then commissioned a service. Phil kept me informed of progress at all times and was professional in his work. Our water pressure is now back to normal.
