We received a phone call asking if it would be ok for someone to come "in the next hour to repair your leak?" Two men turned up, within the hour, and repaired the leak! The men who came were polite and workmanlike in their approach to the job. They were very tidy - important as they were working in a garden which became muddy. They left no mess, they were quick and efficient, explaining what the problem had been and how they had rectified it.

I would like to nominate these Dave and Tom for the work they did. The speed at which they got things done and the friendlyness that they showed to all who met them in our village. There tidyness and obvious proffesionalism. They are a credit to BIKER and to Yorkshire Water. Several people in Gilling West went out of their way to mention the work these two had done and the care they had taken to leave the village tidy and safely marked and fenced off during the work. Andy and craig visited our property on 21/9/11 they were 2 very pleasent workmen who quickly found and mended the leak, well done andy and craig if ever we need another repair we hope to see these 2 lads again.

Not sure of their surnames but Steve and Chris visited my house on Saturday 17th september at 11.30 to remove water that was contaminated with sewerage and clean out my Cellar at 87 Greenhimm main road. The guys were so helpful, tentative, polite and got the job done in the quickest time they possible could. really a fantastic service. Additionally the whole dealing with my issue of blocked drains, especially Les Hiley, was fantastic. A totally professional and thorough service all around.. a pleasure to know that what can be such a nightrmare waw dealt with quickly and professionally.

He came to investigate our low water pressure problem, arrived at 4.10pm (4 - 6pm appt. slot). He investigated the flow problem, suspecting a blockage because of a noisy flow (we had a new meter which had been installed some months previously by YW after which we had experienced some contamination in the supply). He checked the stop tap in the house and at the meter and isolator valves and managed to increase the flow as a result of taking the time, although only about 20 minutes, to try out a few possibilities before finding an improvement in supply. He was prompt, efficient, and gave helpful guidance and advice.
