Irene found the header tank full of muck and told Mrs Lancaster to not use the water. Mrs said fine we can by pass this and get water staright from the main and this is where irene left it. Cst then did this and said cannot get water up to flats as pump not working and pump cant work without header tank. Catch 22 if you ask me.Then i rung Irene to see what we could do she said she would get her supervisor to ring me back.Bernad rung me back and said cannot get anyone to clean the tank today and told we may be able to go tommrow. He said to go see the Dm. Went to see the Dm and he said he will be sending a pallet of water 600 bottles to the flats so that they can have water. He said he will pass this onto Jeremy for tommrow to speak with Bernard and sort this WQ issue out. Hence rung the customer told her Pallet coming out cst over the moon as MD for flats and gave info from case. She advised she is over the moon and thanked me for the help she said without me nothing would have got sorted and would like to noimate me for a wow award. J712513-2

Mrs Peacock called today 14.29 to advise how helpful MUS are. She advised the lady who telephoned her initailly Jade Williams and left a message was very clearly spoken,she advised the planner Luke Brown who planned the appointment was nice and helpful and gave her a choice of appointments, she advised the engineer who attended was very helpful and nice and explained everything and also advised Mrs Peacock to be carefulof anyone if they tried to attend after and pass themselves as YW which she thought was very helpful. Mrs Peacock advised its nice to get a company that provide good service and are not rude to their customers.

Cust wishes to pass on praise for Jamie and Simon at H2O who did a terrific job sorting out the open excavation-call back not necessary cust just wanted to say thanks!

Martin rang to advise he would be on site around 11.00am. We had bocked drains, which happens a few times with about 5 other drains coming into ours before going into the mains, so we have had a few jetting vans - which has been a quick jet and off in the van. This time was different. Martin jetted the blockage, but was still not happy with the flow, so he used the camera, this picked up a build up still on a bend. He re-jetted and cheked with the camera, the drain was now clear and follwing good. To say what we were dealing with, this guy made it very interesting, regarding the different jetting nozzles and showing views from the camera. He was very polite and professional in his job, a credit to you!

Steve and his partner arrived on site had a look were water was surfacing in garden with no more ado shovels out dug down found fractured pipe repaired with plastic pipe ,filled hole left site clean and tidy. Apologised for any problems caused,very friendly and efficient.Job well done.

I would like to extend my thanks to Andy and Shaun who attended a faulty gully located on a path way at the rear of my property(27/9/2011) boundry which was discovered following a resent visit to a blocked pipe job (WMS) ref 13369123 between two inspection chambers(23/09/2011). Can I say that on both visits your staff were professional and helpfull, repairing the faults and leaving the sites tidy giving details of the completed jobs and contact details should further problems occur.In a time when large companys receive negative comments,its nice to see that your staff from Jeanette at customer care in Bradford (First contact) to your repair staff attended and completed the repair.Thank you and well done.

Mrs Riley wrote to myself as Susans manager following the service she received (J659802)Mrs Riley wrote to advise of the exemplary service she received from Susan Hutchison. Susan was proactive throughout the process and liaised with the customer and their contractors.
