I had been experiencing low pressure in my house for some time, Dave came in and straight away wanted to get to the bottom of the problem-going underneath the floor boards, examining behind cupboards and walking around the outside areas. Dave took many pictures and examined how the pipe structure worked. i also wanted a meter fitted and finding the inlet pipe was not easy but Dave got to the bottom of it and sorted out my low pressure. Dave has made recommendations about how and where my meter could be fitted - others have tried and failed - Dave sorted it - thats WOW service

Fitting of my replacement meter was friendly, very efficient & executed far quicker than I thought. Darren was at pains to clean up and dry the very few spills before he left. Most impressed.

We recently reported a leak to Yorkshire Water and had it repaired 20th February. I wish to pass on my thanks to a great couple of workmen ( Andy & Mark?) who were contracted by Yorkshire Water to carry out the repair. Both men explained exactly what they were going to do and kept me informed of the progress. It was a very cold afternoon and I am sure they were both chilled to the bone but nevertheless they chatted whilst working and showed me the leaking pipe and the subsequent repair. I would very much like you to pass this message on to their manager as I think being out and about carrying out repairs will rarely bring in the compliments they so very much deserve. First class workmen. Thank you

Mr Quinn called to advise he was really impressed with Jason Gill when he attended the property today. customer says 10/10 he got on with the job and resolved the issue quickly and explained the problem to the customer so he understood why this had happened. Customer said Jason was really polite and a lovely guy.

28.2.13 10-1pm, Dave fitted two showers after ours were filled with grit after a meter change. He was methodical, thorough and very customer focused. Yorkshire Water have provided excellent customer service from the minute we reported a loss of pressure after the meter change. We have been very impressed. Thank-you
