Mr Stevenson came to the house about our request for a water meter. His knowledge of his work and his attitude towards his work was exemplary. He could not have been any nicer or more polite. He is a credit to himself and a credit to Yorkshire Water. Yorkshire Water, you should be very proud of him.

16817. Craig Harris
Unfortunately, I do not know the name of these two men but they came to my house on Wed 12 October to complete the final fitting of the water meter. Despite the fact that it was pouring with rain, they were cheerful and happy. They took the time to tell me about the forms and the information I needed. I cannot praise them highly enough.

J700956-1-Re road works High Lea, Marsden. Huddersfleld I would just like to say that the work at High Lea was carried out by the men very efficiently. The men were very polite and helpful. I know usually you can get complaints but I would just like to praise the men that worked there for their politeness and helpfulness. My mum Joan Heys lives there and is 81 years old and I call every day. If I couldn’t get by with my car and needed to they moved for me.

Dear Joanne I refer to your works ref MUS-D0094-G287. In the process of working on Bank View our kerb stones were damaged and reported at the same time. I would just like to take this opportunity in thanking Morrison Utility Services for their diligence, care and first class service in repairing and replacing the damaged kerbstones. Throughout we have received excellent service and notifications as to when the repairs would be done and the finished work is excellent. So its a big thank you from us and hopefully you will pass this onto the men concerned

Nidge and his team spent all evening on 20.10 fixing the mains running down Cat Lane/Clunters Lane in Luddendenfoot HX 2. He and his team did not only work very hard, but were also vey happy to answer any questions and queries. I would like to nominate him and the rest of his team not only for their dedication and positive attitude to their work, but also their customer care.
