Michael Denny also followed the progress. Julie was extremly helpful, I am sure Yorkshire Water would like more staff like her, an excellent employee.

Mike attend my property and cleared a foul blockage. I would like to give praise over his professional manor, very polite and helpful. He had excellent job knowledge and too time to explain the situation and how to prevent the problem re occuring. Over all he did a more than excellent job. He is a credit to the company.

Having booked one of your employees to assess and possibly fit a water meter in the property i have recently moved into, i was left by my boyfriend to meet the person on the day. I had managed to find in the cellar a tap which i only assumed was the stop cock. I was not looking forward to dealing with what i assumed would probably be a male employee. The appointment was between 12 and 4pm, but i was telephoned at 1130hours and the male employee politely asked if i was in and if he could come then, even though it was early. On arrival of your employee, i was immediatley put at ease by Jonathan Wagner and found him to be a pleasant and polite person who got on with job quickly and efficiently. The job completed speedily and without any fuss and he even cleaned up the little water that had escaped, and everything was explained throughout.Can i say that the whole experience was professional and a credit to both Jonathan Wagner hiimself and the company.
