j779694 i would like to praise the people working on job 13584513 repairing a water main it was a very cold evening as they went about there job diggging down to locate the main , the bollards and the machinery were keep out of the way of the traffic as the work was on the cul de sac they never stopped for a break they continued until the job was done so thank you very much h20 and the lads

John came to do an investigation into internal flooding at my home today (7/12/11) in Sheffield. He was a credit to Yorkshire Water. Polite , friendly , and good- humoured in spite of unpleasant conditions. It was snowing and freezing cold but he still remained cheerful and worked really hard .
