18203. Phil Atkinson
I reported a blocked drain in the morning yesterday and today I received a phone call Phil Atkinson to say he would be with us in an hour. He arrived on time in a very well equiped van and quickly cleared the blockage with rods and pressure jet. The manhole was not included on his computer map and so he added it. He checked the connections between the manholes at our end of the lane and answered our questions about the sytem.He solved our problem, ammended the computer diagram in case we have a future problem and helped us to understand the system so that we can keep an eye on the operation and accurately report any future problem.

18205. Sean Cosgrove & Steve Michaels
on 11th December we had an emergency problem Shaun and Steve came and explained what they were doing at every instance entered my home with consideration of dirt they took boots off, kindly left me with drinking water also telephoned the department for further assistance. They were very helpful and provided an excellent service.

j779694 i would like to praise the people working on job 13584513 repairing a water main it was a very cold evening as they went about there job diggging down to locate the main , the bollards and the machinery were keep out of the way of the traffic as the work was on the cul de sac they never stopped for a break they continued until the job was done so thank you very much h20 and the lads

18027. Rosemary Wadiun
Please can I nominate Rosie Wadiun. Rosie is not in a customer facing role, in fact she calls customers chasing money, so is unlikely to get a nomination from a customer. Gaining large amounts of money from large developers is no easy task, yet Rosie does so and has gained respect from our main developers and colleagues. This year her Mum died, yet she has tried to remain cheerful and keep going. She has remained the ultimate professional and maintained her professionalism and disposition, throughout a really traumatic time. Rosie is a grafter who understands fully her role and responsibilities and maintains her values and behaviours and I feel she deserves recognition for that. So therefore would like to nominate her for a WOW award.
