Dear Customer Service, I wish to thank you kindly for my new water meter fit by your excellent workstaff, and I was very impressed by both men who installed meter/water quickly and very very professional. At least now my water I use is economic to me and saves any water waste, which in my opinion a lot of people right across our country waste a lot of water. Once again, I thank you Peter Cliffe PS Yorkshire Water is one of the best authorities in our UK.

Ive had problems at my house with drains for ages. Was fobbed off, let down, lied to by both Lumsden Carroll and Clearway. Was given Janettes mobile number and she kept me updated with good news or bad all the time. She was polite, friendly, helpful and helped make an unbearable situation easier to handle. She has since moved departments and though my problems are still ongoing no-one has been in touch in her absence. She was the one person I could rely on and 100% confidence in at Yorkshire Water, everyone else has let me down, including Dave Walters.

Hi, jonathan fitted my water meter today in freezing cold and snowy conditions, he was friendly, polite and efficient. He didnt complain about how cold it was and got the job done really quickley. He is a credit to your company and would encourage me to use you again.

Really impressed with the service my family and I received from Richard this evening. I work for a company who prides itself on some of the best customer Service in the country (First Direct) and I can say that Richard matched the high standards that I have become custom to over the years working for this company. He took a very nasty situation and turned it round. Not just by doing his job but by talking me through what he was doing and why. Spot on Richard keep it up.

David Pettinger fitted a water meter this morning, 6th March, efficiently, expertly and with minimum disruption. He explained everything clearly, agreed the right solution to locating the meter without patronising and generally conducted himself in a friendly and personable manner. All round, job well done.
