19/03/2013.time 14.00hrs. Craig came out to my property to fit a water meter, he was a very pleasant young man he had a bit of a struggle to fit the meter as the pipes are behind a cupboard and next to the boiler, he go a few bruised ribs but he never complained he just got on with the job even though it was awkward. I would nominate him for a WOW and would recommend him to anyone.

I just wanted to say how effortless and stress free my installation of my water meter was today.Craig was very friendly, discussed the work he was doing at every stage which put my mind at rest.A lot of company’s these days micro manage their staff, show no interest in the customer or the customers view point, just in and out as quick as possible, not caring about the work being done.It was great to see that there are still people like Craig out there who care about the customer, putting them first, who take pride in the work they do.Fantastic job, highly recommended, thank you very much,Anthony.

I do not often write letters of praise but sometimes a large company employs a person who fully deserves it. The person concerned is Shaun Johnson who has achieved more in 1 hour than Yorkshire Water has achieved in 5 years! He has been incredibly attentive and helpful, using his contacts to set up the right person to fit 3 meters in 21 Narborough, Scarborough. Mick came to fit a meter to my property and first meeting him he was friendly, apporachable, good sence of humour. he didnt take long in doing the job, explained everyhting afterwards on what and how to do and was generally a really nice guy. its a pitty there arent more like him. all round freindly guy and would reccomend him any time. thank you Mick
