I would like to nominate the whole team at Marrow House for a Wow award. Jackie, Paula, Anne-Marie, Lynn and the rest of the team have been excellent in caring for my mother in law Kate Bailey during her recent respite care at Marrow House. Kate was in quite a state when she went to Marrow House eight weeks ago, but the care and attention she received from the whole team has helped her emormously. To call Marrow House a center of excellence hardly does it justice staffed as it is by such a dedicated and caring group of people

I saw this lady on Monday 21 March 2011 about a query of my council tax benefit. She was very polite, helpful and very pleasant. Had to go back again on Wednesday 23 March to drop off proof of savings. While waiting at reception this lady came to the reception desk, saw me and arranged with receptionist for her to see me. This lady is one lovely polite, pleasant and very helpful person. Does you credit.

His workmanship and dedication to his job is not 100% but 150% His most outstanding quality is his patience and understanding and handling awkward situations pleasantly and tactfully. Suzanne Barnett was outstanding in her total understanding of my 82 year old father, Erics needs. He lost my mother suddenly at home in her sleep on 25/1/11. On her first visit to his home, she took to the task of putting in a care package to allow him to live in his home of 49 years and continue life, alone, but well supported!! The care and attention to all details required, were met with superb dedication and care by Suzanne, we cannot speak too highly of her.

My son and I went in to our local library (Trentham Libarary) to find information on an artist for my sons homework. Neil was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgable and very pleasant. He advised and recommended books that may be suitable and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured.Neil also advised that our library cards had expired, he helped us to fill the forms in, gave us information regarding how and where to use the cards, new opening times, and helped my son to choose some CDs to rent.Neil appears to enjoy his job and it was refreshing and a pleasure to be treated in such a way. We do not use the library much, but following this experience we will definitely use it more.
