Nina because my daughter adores her and she is really easy to talk to and always has a smile on her face. Carrie because she has gone out of her way to make things easier for me. All the staff because they are all very nice and made me feel very welcome when I first moved here.

Kay helped me to join parent forum and got me and Daniel to join courses and a creche for Daniel - Sept July, and if it wasnt for health and wellbeing course and first aid course I wouldnt have got through my illness in Dec at all. Its made me have good friends in the future.

We enjoyed the beach party day. There was lots to do, the children enjoyed making their own sandwiches and fruit smoothies. We really look forward to coming along to all the centres, it keeps us busy throughout the summer hols! Thank you!

All the extra care and consideration they have shown to my mother during her stay there. Nothing was too much trouble for them even during their busiest times. I cannot praise them enough.

Shaun and Shaun help towards making the atmosphere like one big family. Noting everyones needs before its a major requirement. Shelton Pool is home to very good lifeguards and is excellent value for money. Remains consistent in the delivery of its services.

Wriggles and Giggles Session: Very welcoming to myself, my children and my mum. Lots of lovely well thought out activities to encourage exploration and development. Lovely place to visit with my children.

Wriggles and Giggles Session: It is a really enjoyable session where Ella gets to explore, play and socialise and I can meet and socialise with other mums where we share our experiences of parenthood and can get support and advice if needed. It is a lifeline to me as I have no family in the area.

I have been coming to the centre for about 6 months now and think it is fantastic. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The Services are great. I enjoyed all the trips Ive been on, they are value for money. The courses are super and the creche is fantastic. The oral health talk was very informative. All the staff deserve a big well done.

Fantastic service and great staff. Couldnt possibly choose one member of staff because they are all brilliant. Thanks for everything it has been great for myself and my two children.

All three are very helpful when I go there, I feel in safe hands. They deserve and award.

Calm, patient every time Ive had a query - pleasant and professional and seem to enjoy their job. Helpful and respectful towards members of the public. I noticed that while I was waiting to be dealt with. Assisted me when I needed help to pay my council tax arrears due to me being made redundant.

I would like to nominate Marrow House as I recently visited it following its refurbishment and was amazed at the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere and the care that the patients recieved.W.O.W

The staff are always smiling and having a laugh with service users. They work hard and are good at their job, they cant do enough for us. Especially Rita Brammer she is an angel.

You are truly amazing!! Whilst supporting my daughter Lyn was always supportive, empathetic, optimistic and inspiring. Lyn was always approachable, sincere, informative and assiduous and played a fundamental part in my daughters recovery by assisting her to access a variety of services for varying needs whilst offering encouragement and promoting self esteem and rebuilding independence. Lyns support was invaluable and extremely appreciated. Thanks you so very much and best wishes.

They are always there to help and be supportive. They are kind, helpful and they care about everyone who they talk to. If ever you have got a problem you know you can always go and talk to them. I think they are great.

Fantastic, helpful, straight forward, polite service. I like his no nonsense approach and wish every institution made things this easy.
