The centre have loads of different things on for all ages and the staff are always there if you need them. They consider what the parents say if it is doable.

I have been attending Stoke North for practically twelve months and have always been made very welcome, in fact when Imogen attends school I will really miss seeing the staff.

They have all gone out of their way for me and my children. Because of that dedication my children absolutely love coming to play with them. My oldest child had a big problem with speech but with their help and dedication she speaks perfectly now. They make every single child extremely welcome and make them all feel very special and important.

Stevens extensive knowledge and much needed patience has helped us through a mini IT course at Hanley Library. He has encouraged us to be more bold and confident when using the computer. He is an excellent tutor and a very nice young man.

They are always welcoming, the staff are friendly and provide a great place for my children to play and learn. They always look for different things to do and had a brilliant beach party open day with lots of activities.

They take good care of the dietry needs of the residents so well. They provide 3 well balanced meals a day, a good variety of menu. It always looks attractive and appetizing when served, which I think is important when appetites can sometimes be poor. I think these members of staff quite often get overlooked becausethey are in the background, I would like to say a big thank you to them and they are rewarded with an award.

Whilst in his occupation as a trusted and loyal employee of the City Council, Carlton Espley is a man of fundamental human feeling in his respect for the rights and possessions of people he is placed to work with. As a result there may be some delay in the management of the execution of operations but the outcome ensures fair play and good sense for the wellfare and well-being of others. He is trustworthy, reliable and a man of over-flowing goodwill towards others.

He seems a sound guy and very helpful. Very polite and helpful.

Because of all the TLC which has got me going home in just two weeks.
