Because on several occasions he dealt with paper work, questions, forms and problems that I couldnt deal with. Always with a smile and an explanation for things I couldnt understand. His manner is very friendly and confident which as a customer I found very reassuring, he seems to work very well with other team members by helping with any questions they had for him. I feel he is an asset to the centre and should be praised for his work.

They family nurse partnership run a group at Fenton Childrens Centre. All the staff are really helful and welcoming but Kerry always helps us with any problems we have - she goes that step further to make sure that we and our clients get the best service.

10518. Northwood Stadium Team
Their professional yet friendly atmosphere throughout the centre. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. Apparatus is always ready for use and conditions are always clean and tidy. The manager is always on hand to ensure the smooth running of the centre and the staff are always obliging. The office ladies are always efficient and friendly.
