She is a lovely lady and easy to talk to and good fun.

She is a good teacher with a very friendly and warm personality. She made me feel welcome and helped me to enjoy the experience of the course.

She went above and beyond her role as a childrens social worker. The welfare of both children and their carers were always her first priority. She showed empathy and understanding when things became difficult for us and always had time to listen and give us the support we needed.

Both me and my husband are ill, he is 73 with a brain tumor, i am 62 and had strokes. she took the time and trouble to explain things to us. She treated us with great respect and dignity, when people see a stroke person with poor balance they tend to think i have lost my marbles because of how i walk. She helped me to my seat and spoke to me like the intelligent person I am, she is a credit to the job she is doing. I wish there were more people like her in this world. I went in again and she showed me how to log on the computer.

They are absolute Angels. Theyve made a real difference to how I feel about myself and my illness, which has made me noticeably happpier by all my family and friends, they say they have seen the old Elissa come back out of her shell. I am more confident and have stopped hiding myself away from everyone in my life and have been enjoying time with my friends, family and husband and am alot more open about my illness, because i feel i am no longer like a freak or a burden. I cant believe two people could make such a difference in such a short time. They will forever be valued by me and everyone in my life. Im so lucky to have met them.

Because on the Friday 10th December with no scheme coordinator on site, I rang repair line on behalf of a lady resident who had just been discharged from hospital to find that she had no hot water in her flat. The lady I spoke to (Sharon) was very helpful, understanding and polite and arranged for the problem to be sorted as soon as possible, so I think Sharon deserves to be thanked for her help and attitude.

She gets everything ready and helps me on my scooter. She always helps me when I come back from shopping. She lets me stay where it is warm in the office until dial-a-ride come. She is very good and kind. She is always well prepared and helped me get a taxi when I got back late last time. She sorted everything out for me, tell her thank you very much!

The people who work there have given me my life back, when I met them I had not left the house for a very long time. Because of their kindness and patience I have regained independance and I now have the kind of life I thought I would never have. Again, thanks to everyone at St Michaels House.

She has been a big help to me. I have worked hard at getting on and off the bed using my slide board and she always appreciates my hard work and says that I have done well. I am going out regularly using Dial-a-Ride and Shopmobility and Helen sorted this out so that the appointment is every Wednesday. She has also tried to sort out me going out by myself. I appreciate her work for me.

She always make time and effort to make Elsie Chetwynd look nice. If we ask for something special she always says yes and we cant thank her enough. Lynn goes out of her way to make sure Elsies hair looks nice every single day.

She is friendly and efficient. Today she was very helpful and ensured that my query was resolved very quickly.

The course that we have just done was exciting and really interesting. We would also like to nominate for courses. 1. Flower arranging, 2. Gym - Keep Fit and 3. Painting.

He was fully understanding of my circumstances and stopped me from worrying about anything I went away in tears because I was so happy, thank you so much Kevan.

I visited the council office feeling very miserable as I did not know where to start from. He attended to me very professionally in a very sympathetic manner and full of assurance that gave me all the courage I needed to sort myself out. Andy has a very good communication skill needed in the job and very polite. He possess a very good first class customer care. Thank You.

I spent a lovely two weeks at The Meadows home after recovering from a bowel operation. I cant fault the place, it was very clean and nice and the staff were nice and polite and helpful, it is a credit to the council.

After the service I have had lots of experiences and can go out with my family and feel better. All the team members were very kind and helpful. I feel like its my family. I feel more confident and have started college with my wife.

All the staff have been brilliant, Elaine is a totally different person thanks to the great care they have shown her. We cannot thank you all enough.

Shes a lovely person, she made me feel welcome, shes outstanding in her duties and always treats me well. She has a very kind heart and I hope she will win the award because nobody deserves it more than her. She goes above and beyond her duties.

Provided excellent face to face review, friendly and easily approachable. Darren had 2 minute silence with me for Remembrance Day.

Theyre caring, considerate, attentive, sincere people and loving. Thats what we want.

Suzanne Barnett is my social worker. She recently visited me at my home to do a review. I was put at ease at once, Suzanne was as helpful towards me and my many, many questions were answered so well and explained all to me. I feel that Suzanne was so professional but at the same time understanding of my needs, and i felt that i was important to her and she deserved more than a big thank you from me.
