Allison cant do enough for you, she can turn her hand at any task large or small, she even helps out in the kitchen when people are off sick. I have never met anyone like her and would like to nominate her for the award, she deserves it.

This lady deserves a medal she was extremly helpful as due to ill health I had stopped with my friends daughter who had a problem with her council tax and the baliffs had been called unfortunatly my posessions are being stored at my friends daughters house and as they are years old I have no receipts to prove they are mine and the baliff that came to the door was extremly abusive and wanted to take my stuff we went to see Wendy and she sorted this problem and was very very helpful and kind she most definatly deserves an award the visit to the one stop place was on 14th February 2011 in the morning

I have been down to see Wendy today about a problem with arrears on my council tax she was extremely helpful and a very nice young lady who sorted everything out for me with as much help as she could give and her customer service was excellent I cant fault this lady at all
