This lady has dealt with one of our clients housing benefit claims today and as always did so without looking down or pre-judging their present situation. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went the extra mile to ensure that for us, as Agents, the rent was dealt with, for our client, the tenant, that the housing benefit was dealt with and for all parties that the whole matter was started and finished. She is a credit to the the council and a credit to the people of Stoke-on-Trent. As a lettings agent we have dealt with many advisors and never had the benefit of a happy member of staff. Thanks thanks and thanks again Please pass my coments on and keep the smiles rolling !!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the very high standard of help and care I got from this lady on the 31st March at the Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre, I myself had gone through, what was I believe as, the darkest period of my life after having two bad leg injuries and losing my dear mum age 88yrs. I found that I could not focus properly on my money matters and so I went to see Katie Hammersley, I found she put me at ease, explained all that had gone wrong with my counsil tax, and went through it with a fine tooth comb. Thats why I want to nominate this person and hold her in very high esteem, and wish her every success in her carreer, Katie definitley has the WOW Factor for me, many thanks!

He sorted my query quickly and was very pleasant and helpful. Very professional and a credit to the City Council.

Breast Feeding Cafe. Without the tea and toast, space for my daughter to play, space for me to chat to other mums, talks on weening, looking after teeth, access to baby massage and messy play, I would not have kept my energy and spirits up so much and could have got depressed. As it is I have a great relationship with my daughter.

I would like to nominate Lynn Allen for a WOW award because of the excellent care and support she has given to both my mother Kate Bailey and me during mums recent stay at Marrow House. The last few weeks follwing my Dads death have been very stressful and traumatic for the family - trying to come to terms with Mums dementia. Lynn always seemed to know just what to say to calm mum down and has been a great comfort to me - helping me to understand mums problems. This has helped me to cope better and hopefully get my relationship with Mum back. Although all of the staff at Marrow House deserve recognition, for us Lynn stands out and I would like to express my thanks and apreciation for all her help by nominating her for this award

I would like to nominate the whole team at Marrow House for a Wow award. Jackie, Paula, Anne-Marie, Lynn and the rest of the team have been excellent in caring for my mother in law Kate Bailey during her recent respite care at Marrow House. Kate was in quite a state when she went to Marrow House eight weeks ago, but the care and attention she received from the whole team has helped her emormously. To call Marrow House a center of excellence hardly does it justice staffed as it is by such a dedicated and caring group of people

Kerry is a lifeline. She has always been there for me and my family through good times and bad, she gave me hope when I had none myself, supported me no matter what and never gave up on me. Thanks to kerry I am a different person and my family is going from strength to strength.

When we applied to have a loft conversion, she was so helpful, friendly and gave us loads of advice. She really is a pleasant, cheerful and helpful person. So a big thank you to her.

Karen called on us on 8th March 2011. She not only explained lucidly what and how we could obtain services, and also those which are free and those needing payment, but also clarified which services she and her colleagues were current able to offer us, if needed. Informative, helpful and of a friendly manner. Karens visit was a happy morning for my wife and I for which we are most indebted to her.

She supported a client to understand issues around JSA and HB, explained in detail what he needs to pay towards his rent, reason for JSA stopped and supported him to write a statement to allow Blue Mountain Housing to act on his behalf. Thank you - Amina.

He has supported my client to carry out benefit checks, completed HB form with client and explained all the information needed to apply for HB and he was very helpful. This is good customer service experience.

I saw this lady on Monday 21 March 2011 about a query of my council tax benefit. She was very polite, helpful and very pleasant. Had to go back again on Wednesday 23 March to drop off proof of savings. While waiting at reception this lady came to the reception desk, saw me and arranged with receptionist for her to see me. This lady is one lovely polite, pleasant and very helpful person. Does you credit.

This workman is a credit to his employers and to Kier. His decency and excellent conduct is of the highest standard. A man of good morals. His workmanship and dedication to his job is not 100% but 150% His most outstanding quality is his patience and understanding and handling awkward situations pleasantly and tactfully. In all my 25 years he is the best example of a good workman. Well done.

I was seen by Mark on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th of March 2011 at the Hanley Council office. My claim was dealt with in a polite and professional manner by Mark. He answered any questions I put to him in a clear and understandable way. I cannot fault his attitude in any way. Many Thanks.

Helen is truly amazing. She goes above and beyond the call of duty in order to get the job done. She is proactive, she is helpful, she is inspirational and she is hugely resourceful. She does everything with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble. Without Helen, no regeneration project would ever have got off the ground in Burslem. Her passion, belief, dedication, desire and determination to get things moving is infectious. Truly she is a miracle worker. Burslem, and the people of Stoke have so much to be grateful to Helen for.

I appreciate what Christine has done for me today I was very worried when I came down but the help she done I am very grateful.
