Kelly is a wonderfully friendly and compassionate person. During a very difficult time, she was like a ray of light that came in to our lives and brightened it up. She had our little girl giggling every time she saw her and without her I worry that I would be no further along on the road to recovery or I would have fallen off it completely! A truly amazing person. We feel lucky to have known her! Thank you so much! x

I wish to nominate all the staff at Treehouse Childrens Centre. They have helped me in so many areas of my life over the past couple of years and even know when I go into the centre to drop my daughter off the staff are always asking me how I am getting on with my course which I only signed up for because the staff at the centre had helped me to build my confidence up from the family support team to the creche staff, to the cafe staff and reception staff, the community development officer and start-up worker. It is wonderful to know that they care about my progress and this has filled me with pride. Thank you all for your help!!!!

I wish to nominate Michelle as she helped me to gain the confidence to apply for a college course doing Beauty Therapy at Cauldon College. Michelle helped me to gain confidence by encouraging me to volunteer in the Treehouse Childrens Centre facilitating Cook and Eat sessions to local families and volunteering in the cafe. She also encouraged me to participate in the Parent Forum and local walking group. Without this help I would not have gained the confidence to apply for my course which I have nearly finished and am about to sign up for a level 3.

Anjii was extremely helpful and sympathetic to us and explained everything that we didnt understand simply and clearly. She is the sort of person who makes you feel at ease and that helps enormously. Thank you.

I think that Natalie does a wonderful job in the cafe, recently she has been working on her own due to staff sickness and Ive found her to be extremely polite, helpful and a pleasant member of staff. No matter how busy she is she still finds the time to talk to us customers. Ive been in the playspace when it has been at its busiest and it amazes me how Natalie copes so well under pressure because I dont think I would be able to. Ive seen some customers being quite rude to Natalie on occassions when theyve had to wait and I think she handles them professionally and Im sure she probably does get stressed as any normal person would but she never lets it affect her bubbly character. I believe she deserves a Wow Award to show that us customers appreciate her a million times over, shes a fantastic member of staff and she goes out of her way to accomadate our needs.

Mrs Brown was a very helpful and pleasant person. I was very apprehensive when I came into the Council but she soon put me at ease. All my enquiries were dealt with quickly and she is such a great person. Thank you for all your help.

My son has recently had respite at Duke Street, my husband and I were extremley nervous about the stay but all the staff were amazing. All the fears we had have completely gone and we have subsequently booked further stays for Ryan. The staff are extremley caring, compassionate towards Ryan as he has got complex needs which we really appreiciated. We can now look forward to respite for Ryan in the knowledge that he is safe and EXTREMLEY well cared for by a very dedicated group of people.

This was a new experience for me, I have not claimed benefits before and everything was totally alien to me. Then I met Atilla at the booth and his attitude and approach put me completely at ease. He explained everything very clearly in a manner that was clear and very easily understood. I am not saying that other interviewers are incompetent, far from it, but I had two interviews with Atilla, on the 27th May 2011 and again on the 3rd June at Stoke One Stop Shop. On both occasions I was made to feel comfortable and treated with the utmost respect, it was a pleasure doing the interview and he has my full respect also. He definitely deserves a WOW Award for the way in which he treats his clients. Hes a great asset to your team.

You employee gave us excellent and friendly service. She was very helpful and very polite, she made us feel at ease, nothing was too much trouble. We had excellent attention all through our interview.

Stephen took up my enquiries re Council Tax and associated benefits, because I could not understand the system as it differed from Rent that I did. I am not able to speak using a telephone and so he has patiently corresponded with me by email and made various useful suggestions to help me make my payments. Today I said to myself WOW the man has a brain as he has adapted my payments to suit my circumstances. Well done and thank you Stephen B Jones. I appreciate your time and patience.

This young lady was very helpful, explained everything clearly and was very pleasant on each occasion I saw her.

Kelly has been such a supportive and caring worker whom has helped me throughout difficult times she has also built an amazing relationship with my daughter and has gone above and beyond her duty she has inspired me to become a stronger person and believe in myself which I never thought I could be. Truley a unique person whom needs recognising for her hard work. I will miss her.
