Because without Hayleys help and personal tollerance of work thats required to be done with regards to us having a wet room installed and our kitchen completely re-vamped. She has put my mother and myself before her own lunch breaks when we have been ill. She has certainly been partly responsible for a huge improvement towards my mother and myself obtaining a much better quality of life. Hayley has a brilliant and friendly attitude towards people and is definately a great asset to her employers. Nothing is too much trouble for her and her help to all is exemplary.

They work very hard and always happy.

This lady treated me with the utmost respect, did not embarrass me in any way, was very courtious and conducted my interview very privately and calmly. I am very satisfied with the help I have been given today and very pleased I made the decision to apply. With respect.

WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS AMAZING LADY? WELL SHES JUST BRILLIANT SHE HAS TAUGHT MY DAUGHTER AND ALL OTHER CHILDREN IN 6J WITH SUCH ENTHUSIASM AND ENERGY THAT THEY WILL REMEMBER HER FOR YEARS TO COME SHES NOT ONLY BOUGHT THEM ON VERY WELL ACADEMICALLY BUT THE CARE AND ATTENTION SHE SHOWS THEM AND TREATING THEM ALL AS INDIVIDUALS HER ENCOURAGEMENT HAS BOUGHT THEM ON SO MUCH SOCIALLY EVERY CHILD LOVES HER AND WANTED TO DO WELL NOT JUST FOR THEMSELVES BUT TO MAKE HER PROUD TO SHES LAUGHED WITH THEM CRIED WITH THEM AND OF COURSE DISAPLINNED THEM SHES SUCH A WONDERFUL LADY AND I CAN SAY FOR MY OWN DAUGHTER SHE HAS LEFT A LASTING IMPRESSION THAT WILL HELP HER THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL, THANK YOU MISS JENNINGS FROM EMILY, JULIE AND DAVID MAY YOU HAVE A LONG AND FULFILLED CAREER XX

She was very helpful and explained everything in detail, she put me at ease in a most daunting environment.

She is always there to help when we need her. Worries about how we are and makes sure that we arrive at our courses on time. She is a role model to us all and gets us motivated encourages when we feel like giving up.

I find the staff very kind, caring and pleasant, they are always there when they say they will be and dont take all of my independence away as they just guide me through day to day things, which makes me feel better about myself.

They are so cheerful and caring I look forward to my weekly outing. I am never made to feel as if I am a burden to them and they always seem to be smiling and happy. Their patience helps me to feel relaxed.

The help and support that I have had has been priceless. Courses have helped me with my children. Community development provide fun days and day trips.

All the staff are wonderful, the facilities and services are fab.

It has helped me to have confidence and I have met lots of new people from here. I feel very comfortable here too.

It is a god send for me and my family. The staff have helped me absolutely loads. If it wasnt here I wouldnt have my children living with me, I have used most of the services that are available including triple p, play and stay, nursery, creche, maths and English course, smoking cessation, cook n eat.

The Crescent feels like a second home, myself and family feel welcome as soon as we walk through the door, whether it be just for a drink or joining a growing together session. My son has grown in confidence from going to the creche sessions.

Its helped me to help understand my childs additional needs. Ive had a lot of support.

She was friendly, approachable, excellent listener, patient and soft spoken. I wish all of the staff were like Anne.

I have been in plaster on my right leg and every week for 13 weeks after the initial week she would have the same scooter ready and waiting for me at each visit and always had a pleasant manner.

They are very sociable people and I would recomment their service to anyone who suffers from depression and be afraid to go out on their own. Linda encouraged and supported me to attend places on my own and now I feel a lot better and have a social life. I thank her very much for helping me to achieve this. All the other team members I thank too.

Because of their help and kindness to Joe Wood and friendliness to me Jean Wood, plus taking responsibility of his washing and dressing while I was able to do other things and weve really appreciated them coming.

Janice gave me a lot of help and advice when I recently moved flats in the sheltered housing complex where I live. She always telephoned me back when she said that she would. And when i have had several obstacles that came my way during the move, she put herself out to help me. She is a very kind and understanding person.

Mother was very happy with her stay, it was her 3rd time this year. She is quite happy yo go in for respite.

I have just returned home after a stay at the Meadows and would like to express my gratitude for the care and help I received from the staff. The cheerful friendly help so willingly given to me by the carers helped me to reagain the health and confidence I so badly needed in order to return to living alone at home. They efficiently encouraged me to be independent but were always there for me if help was needed. Their service deserves recognition. I would like to name each one but most just praise them all.

I would like to nominate Sharon Leacy because of the excellent work and help she has done to put into place the care package for my brother, and also the care package put into place for me as my brothers carer. Sharon has been extreamly helpful and considerate and her work ethic is of the highest standard. The care and understanding she has shown to help me and my brother to cope with the situation we now find ourselves in has been exemplary. Sharon has kept us informed every step of ther way in putting the care packages in place and has gone that extra step to help us by signposting us to other organisations that can help.Sharons knowledge of her job role and her ability to communicate are top class and she deserves to be recognised not only for her work and the way she conducts herself but also the caring, considerate and thoughtful manner in which she delivers that care.Staff should learn from Sharons work ethic and abilities and embrace them as she is a shining example of how Social Care should be delivered.Regards Mr Paul Sutton
