12652. The Team at Fenton Cemetry
I attend the cemetry weekly and feel they go out of their way to make you feel safe and welcome at Fenton Cemetry, they take great pride in their work and are always polite and willing to help. Recently I approached them as I never felt the ground around my parents grave had been level or lawned to an acceptable level, they have gone out of their way to meet my request and shown great compassion whenever I have visited. With financial cuts and job losses I hope this team will not be affected as they are a credit to the city council and deserve a WOW Award

12669. Tim Ashibende
As a potentially new landlord in Stoke (existing one in other areas) Tim was refreshingly honest and transparent about the pros and cons of being a landlord in Stoke. He had excellent knowledge and although my initial call was accidentally redirected, he made an awful lot of time for me, explaining the process, rates, areas and really made being a private sector landlord in Stoke viable. He also had good understanding of the future of housing benefit and warned me what I had to consider if I went ahead. Based on our conversation, I would seriously consider becoming a landlord in Stoke. Thanks Mo

She was very friendly, warm and very witty. What I thought was going to be a stressful experience turned to completely the reverse.
