Suzanne Barnett was outstanding in her total understanding of my 82 year old father, Erics needs. He lost my mother suddenly at home in her sleep on 25/1/11. On her first visit to his home, she took to the task of putting in a care package to allow him to live in his home of 49 years and continue life, alone, but well supported!! The care and attention to all details required, were met with superb dedication and care by Suzanne, we cannot speak too highly of her.

The children really enjoy Emmas visits and she will be greatly missed. It is such a pity that due to the cut backs the children miss out and she really does a brilliant job. (Nominated whilst at Stoke North Childrens Centre)

The two members of staff, whom I regard as the A Team, have certainly gone that extra mile in helping me with research. From tracing obscure/out of print books to help on the internet, they have done it - and with humour! If anyone deserves an award, Neil and Catherine should be recognised.

I came to Stoke to sort out forms for my parents who are in their eighties putting in for council tax benefits. This gentleman was so good he explained everything to me and was very polite. I know you have excellent staff there but today Mr Kowalewicz has won hands down for me and made two OAPs very happy and myself aswell. Keep up the good work sir.
