Nan came for a 2 week stay and ended up staying more than 8 weeks but the staff have been excellent and supportive for nan as she has been very up and down with her moods. I cant fault any element of the service. I would have really liked to keep nan here but there were no vacanices. I would certainly recomment Abbots House. A big thank you!

13819. Joy Riley and the Day Rehab Team
My mum has benefited a lot after she had been with Joy and the team, she benefited a lot with her walking going down town, she looks forward to going out two or three times a week. She got a lot better over the months in her walking, going shopping with me, going in the Leopard for a meal and having a drink of pop. She looks forward to Ball Green Working Mens Club every Wednesday and meeting other people and having a meal as well.

Without the support of the Rehab team I would not have known about the services available in my area. I would not have been going out. I hope this services continues, as it helps people like myself to regain confidence and by going out and being able to meet people who are lonely like myself - it takes the lonliness away.
