The time and effort they put in organising a fund raiser for the residnets comfort fund and then the three of them spent their day off running two stalls at a local carnival to raise the funds, to do that all in their own time I think is going the extra mile. Well done.

16196. The Meadows Team
My elderly mum recieved the best care possible whilst in the Meadows. I feel that they have the balance EXACTLY right, not only do they promote independance, they encourage mobility and confidence. They dont push residents to socialize in the day rooms but respect their choice of being private in their own comfortable room. The food, I believe, is the perfect home cooked style, just the way it should be, tasty, varied, well presented and as much or as little as the resident wants. The personal care is paramount and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are not only caring but are polite and friendly, the atmosphere is always a happy one and is sensed as soon as you enter the building.....a perfect intermediate care for an elderly loved one. Dont change a single thing!
