I have had so much friendliness, help,and support from Kirsty from beginning to end of my move to my new adress. Kirsty has been so understanding and made my move so straight forward and easy for me. I have 5 children youngest under 3 and my husband is disabled from his stroke. Kirsty has been very patient when I have had to phone her back due to my husband being confused with even the smallest thing. I have felt the experience I have had through my move with the help from Kirsty made me feel like I was being helped by a friend.Kirsty Dean truly deserves the WOW! award. Thank you Kirsty you are 1 in a million.

Paul was so so helpful and compassionate to me, as i live in Surrey i had to bring a probate form to register myself as owner of my late grandparents grave for the purpose of my dearest aunt joining them.

For giving an excellent service to the clc community learning champions courses for Adult Education in the community. Kath has clearly introdued us to the concept and importance of becoming a CLC and has given us learners a lot of self confidence and good self esteem. Over the past month or so she has been extremely helpful in helping to ensure my rent is paid properly, Ive had to wait 4 weeks for a new reduced tax credit award, so I have accrued arrears. She let me call the DWP freephone number, to ask for a budgeting loan form to apply for help to pay off the arrears. Her advice and service is excellent

I would like to nominate the above named carer for a wow award for caring for Mr Clowes she is very thorough in all her work she is polite and couteous and makes Mr Clowes feel at ease (which is not easy) To look after someone of 88 years is not an easy job no task stands in her way so i think she deserves some recognition for her work
