Regarding my stay at St Michaels, it is impossible to choose one of the staff for the excellent service they give, i found all of them from the doctors to the cleaners gave the best service possible. The atmosphere is peaceful, making an ideal place to spend a short stay to recover from an illness. I would like to offer a big thank you to all the staff at St Michaels for making my stay so comfortable and pleasant.

She was very efficient and helpful she was also very pleasant and nothing seemed too much trouble. It was a pleasure to have such service in this day and age. You could also tell that it was a pleasure for her to do her job.

He is well prepaired in helping people at my school and gives good advice on how you should go about achieving your aims once you leave school.

This lady sat with us at great length to sort out benefits etc. and explained the process in terms we both understood and able to digest. While it seemed alot of information to take in, she delivered excellent customer service, with a friendly and patient manner. We felt extremely grateful and much less stressed when we concluded the meeting.

Having used Marrow House for much needed respite care i would like to state that every single staff member there is an absolute credit to Stoke On Trent City council and its residents. Nothing is too much trouble to them and they are all cheerful, caring and empathetic throughout. They are a brilliant team and we would like to say thank you to them on behalf ourselves and Margaret Smallwood whom recieved the care in question whilst we were able to take a holiday away from it all. We will without doubt be looking to use the facilities at Marrow House many times in the future. We will do this with full confidence and peace of mind which is imperative to our respite as carers for Margaret.

Always cheerful very helpful with advice on dressing, willing to accomodate if extra requirement to normal duties e.g. washing hair / helping with exercising limbs

She actually listened to what I had to say, worked through my housing benefit and assessed accordingly. She was polite and professional and very helpful.

Myself and my wife had an interview at Bentilee housing on Monday 24 September. The lady in question definitely did go the extra mile. Very pleasant obliging and helpful in solving our problem it was a pleasure to be seen by such a nice lady

She has helped me to apply for attendance allowance in respect of my husband. She has been very respectful and kept in touch through the process to ensure everything was proceeding correctly.

Because she put herself out for my husband, grand daughter and myself. Even though she has closed the cafe and was cleaning everything up, she still stopped and did us a cheese on toast or oatcake and made us a cup of tea; and was very pleasant and helpful.
