We would like to thank all the staff at st michaels including rehab, care staff, social workers, physiotherapist and debra tullett. They were all very caring, capable, efficient and professional in all they did, going the extra mile in caring for my father, we were very worried about him before he went in but they got him back to his old self in the time he was in there.

Very efficient and understanding of the families situation. Processed the support issues very quickly and in a friendly manner. Very good.

Really help me to sort out my money she spoke to me with kindness and respect, thank you Debra.

Debra was very good, she explained everything to me so i could understand and was also very kind.

Debra was a very kind and considerate lady, very helpful to my father-in-law and myself explained everything very professionally and easy to understand. made you feel very comfortable and could not do enough (also very funny!!)

Gerard is a very helpful person he is always there on hand for you and will do everything possible to help you. He is very well mannered and has a lot of respect for your home what more can i say this young man is one of the nicest people I have ever met nothing is to much trouble for him

Jacqui is a fantastic person, she always has time for us parents no matter how busy she is. She is always listening to my problems and giving me good advice even when shes got a million other things to take care of. She has always got a smile on her face and always makes us feel welcome. Jacqui is definatly one in a million

My Mum, who suffers from Alzheimers, has had two separate stays at Marrow House, Longton (8th to 15th August 2012 and 7th to 14th October 2012). We have found the staff to be very caring, supportive, helpful and cheerful, both with my Mum and ourselves. The home is well laid out and clean, bright and airy. After each visit my Mum has been full of praise for the staff, the surroundings, the food and every aspect of her care. We cannot say enough in praise of Marrow House and feel confident and happy to leave my Mum in their care, giving us some respite, but also knowing that my Mum is well cared for, happy and the stay is very beneficial to her.

My gratitude to a very nice lady. I had a problem written on seventeen sheets of council paper which I knew was difficult for me to comprehend. However, she sorted everything for me in detail. She showed kindness, patience and understanding, and above all she made me feel far better for having seen her. She relieved me of a worry i should not have had in the first place.
