Make a Nomination
Before you nominate city council employee for a WOW! Award there are just 4 requirements that must be met:-
1. The nomination has to be something that makes people go 'WOW!' due to first class customer service.
2. The nomination needs to be about a recent experience not something that took place a year ago.
3. It must be about a genuine experience, something that has happened to you personally.
4. You can't nominate one of our employees if you work for the city council or have personal involvement with us.
To nominate a city council employee for a WOW! Award, please fill in the form below.
All we require is your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm your nomination and let you know if we get an award, and finally the reason for nominating them for this award.
Once you have completed the form, please click the button "Submit Nomination". You will receive an email confirming your nomination!
How we use your personal information:
The information you give us will be used to identify you as a customer of the city council and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will also record your nomination as a compliment and include it in our reporting figures.
