Welcome to Stoke-on-Trent City Council's WOW! Awards Website. We encourage all of our staff to exceed expectations so that our customers receive the best possible service, so if a member of our staff has particularly impressed you, why not nominate them for a WOW! Award?
The WOW! Awards are the UK's only national award for customer service based purely on customer nominations.
This unique and exciting award programme really helps us to give even better customer service by recognising our staff when they have gone above and beyond their normal duties to help someone.
When a customer wants to say "thank you" - the WOW! Awards provide an easy way for them to compliment great service. You can also make suggestions on how we can improve our service to you.
So if you feel that you have received a service that made you say WOW, please fill in the nomination form and give the employee the recognition they deserve.

Anjii has worked for Stoke-on-Trent City Council for 14 years and first received a nomination after moving from a back office role to join the front line team at Stoke Local Service Centre in January 2011. Anjii thrives on helping her customers and has since received over 50 nominations. In recognition of her dedication to delivering outstanding service to her customers she has been presented with 5 WOW! Award certificates to date! (updated August 2011)
