Kerishas zumba is the most beneficial and enjoyable class I take part in here, since joining her class I have made progress in my weight loss and toning, she is an excellent teacher.

I absolutely love the zumba class on saturday mornings, it is the highlight of my weekend! i find the class great fun but also physically demanding (which is what I want) as I feel that I am gettring the benefit of improved fitness but without it seeming like hard work. I must say that it is the best class that I have been to at the leisure centre and would ove you to do a few more. In fact I enjoy your classes so much that I now pay additional on top of my gym subscription to go to your new class on Thursday evening, which is just as good!!

Amazing Zumba class, Kerishia is always friendly and approachable and its a fantastic class to go to at royston leisure centre. No matter what level you are the class is always fun and enjoyable and easy to get motivated for.

She is full of life,bright and enthusiastic - feel really good when you leave the class. Well don Bri look forward to your classes.

Jeanettes classes are fantastic and the best I have ever been to. She is so motivated and enthusiastic and genuinely cares about peoples fitness and always checks their position and whether they are doing it right and pushes you to acheive more. Big thanks to Jeanette for the great job she does

Jeanette is fab, extremely welcoming on my first visit, I will definately be back. She is very energetic, friendly and a great asset

I would like to nominate Joe as he is always motivating his team and looking for things to keep everyone busy for the benefit of the centre, Joe is flexible and will always cover shifts staying later if needs be . Hes a character and great colleague making him a pleasure to work with. Well done Joe and keep up the good work!!

Her class was brilliant fun, she was very enthusiastic. Felt very at ease and under no pressure.

On Tues.28th Feb. approx. 1630 hrs. after a very stressful day at work arrived at centre without my Gym key - thought of going home to retreive it and returning didnt please me (albeit my fault) !! Sue on Reception (who is ALWAYS welcoming and helpful) said "No Problem Patricia" - produced a new Key which Dave Mann(my instructor) re-programmed for me. Cant speak too highly of Dave who has encouraged and motivated me from Day 1. So patient and such a sense of humour !. They are both extraordinary members of staff - in their own field - and I wish to make you aware of this - as they are a credit to your organisation. Thank You.

Would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for all the help given to me in providing the Postural Stability class. All the patients have commented on how welcoming and helpful every one is. I would like to draw particular attention to Leigh, he has joined in with the patients exercise, thus making them feel less conscious of exercising. He has offered lots of encouragement and helped to increase patients confidence, with gentle praise and feedback. Most of all he is always happy and smiling, which is very reassuring to nervous or worried patients.He has quickly learnt when to assist a patient and when to stand back. It is a great help to any instructor to have an assistant with forethought, which Leigh seems to have an abundance of.Many thanks Gemma for your continuing support,Nicky Fuller

Casey has not been at archers very long and he is already a firm favourite amongst those of us who do classes. He is enthusiastic and really pushes you - his spin classes are amazing. In fact all 3 lads at archers Steve and Adam are brilliant

I find Alexs enthusiasm and dediction to his role exceptional. I have been a member at this centre since it opened and since Alex arrive I have been impressed by his professionalism and commmittment. He has always been extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

Alex was utterly professional when I went for a swim at Royston Leisure Centre. When I had a locker problem he immediately came to help and it turned out to be my fault! He cheerfully helped me nonetheless and didnt hesitate to go out of his way (when he didnt need to) to totally resolve the issue even though it was my own error. First class service!

Gemma Burge was very motivating, enthusicatic the class was well paced, enjoyable. She was excellent, would love to see her in more classes

Gemma Burge is generally fantiasticm fun and gets alot out of people. But particularlyshe was excellent at Boxercise today!

I called in, phone wasnt answered but Jill called back and took my squash booking.

I want to nominate Julie for stepping in and teaching level 3 & level 4 simultaneously on Monday January 2nd (4pm) at short notice when the level 4 teacher was unable to be there, so the children in that class (including my daughter) didnt miss out - thank you!

The class instructor did not turn up and Victoria covered last minute. Instead of Bums and Tums we did body conditioning - great class, good workout without prior notice she covered a brilliant class. Loved the music and the content and felt I had used a variety of muscles.My usual workout os gym/swim/x-bike

We would like to nominate Jon who works on a friday morning in the creche, for a tremendous effort, swimming the length of the river Ivel, to help the Princes Trust and creche to raise money for the creche outside area/garden, Jon swam 1000 lengths in just under 13 hours, raising a fantastic amount of £500 plus.

On a very rainy day in January, I forgot to turn my car lights off, consequently, I ran my battery down. Within minutes Carlie and Jon found jump leads, came out in the rain and started my car, for this I was very greatful. Especially as I am 78 years old and not many youngsters can be bothered with our generation. Well done Carlie and Jon.

I visited another pool but soon returned to Biggleswade. The staff made it feel like I was returning home.

For taking the time and trouble to help me secure a chocmilk from the machine which was not dispensing mugs at the time, which meant a great deal and was of great service. Thankyou

When collecting my son from the leisure centre on 10th August my car was hit by another vehicle after I had parked and left it. The driver immediately left the seen without making any attempt to stop and deal with the incident. I did not see this and would not have know who had done this if it wasnt for Alex. A witness reported the incident to Alex. He then made every effort to find the owner (me), asking all leisure centre users until he found me. He explained what had happened and put me in touch with the witness. He subsequently logged the incident and spoke to all his staff for me as the offender later claimed to have advised staff of the incident, which she hadnt. Had it not been for Alex and the witness, I would have suffered the costs of repairing my car myself, over £1000, as I would nenver have known who the other party was/details of the vehicle etc. Alex went out of his way to help me, making sure I had the witness details and offending vehicle details, checking with his staff and calling me back later. This made it so much easier for me to deal with my insurance company and get my car repaired. So many people just turn a blind eye to things like this, after all I dont suppose its in his day job but Alex was a real star and I really appreciate what he did. I hope you can recognise his great service - I was certainly wowed.

Very very positive ad cheerful approach to teaching Body Balance. Very helpful and informative approach to questions and explains things. Today she went out of her way to complete a Power Plate induction with me, even though there wasnt one due to take place.
