Whenever anybody walks through the door to the gym you are assured of a warm welcome. If you need assistace Rikki will always be willing to help. No task is a problem. Encouragement: for me I would have given up a long time ago, but I have now been a member for 9 months. Nothing is too much trouble for Rikki.

Jon is not only a dedicated and committed swimming instructor, demonstrating great patience and understanding, hes also welcoming, friendly and goes out of his way to put people at ease. He also helps out in the cafe and undertakes charity swimming events too... and he does it all with a smile!

Last week my 3 year old went into meltdown and refused to get into the pool because her usual swimming teacher was being covered by a male instructor. I failed repeatedly to encourage her into the pool and participate in the lesson. Rachel was teaching the class next to us and when she had finished she took the time to get into the pool with my daughter (and get wet!). She swam a couple of widths with her, despite having already finished teaching for the day. Thank you Rachel, we were so grateful for your help and we all left feeling a little happier about the experience!

Both Juanita and Brad were very helpful when i fainted in the gym from over exhaustion during circuit training. They both advised me on what to do and made sure I was ok to travel home. Also offered me a bottle of coke to get sugar levels up. Thanks

I was provided with an excellent service. The staff member was bubbly, friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable and she enjoyed her job. Having worked in customer service for a number of years it is nice to see a member of staff with excellent body language and a welcoming manner. Job well done!

They are not only working hard backstage and producing excellent shows they are always around to help when we need something, whether it be maintenance, first aid or general assistance with a problem!
