35224. Saxon Staff
Centre: Saxon Pool and Leisure Centre
I would just like to say a huge well done for such a nice experience that myself and family had at your pool today. Its so nice to go to a swimming pool and see it so clean, with such a nice atmosphere. We havent been swimming for a while, but we all loved the lighting in the pool - it seems to totally change the pool. But the staff we encountered today were the real stars, the girls on reception were great and so friendly, and unlike most places they acknowledged the children. The life guards all seemed happy and as we departed the building we visited the cafe where we feel you have a real star in the man who served us. As I said all the staff were great but in the cafe the guy was so friendly, professional and smiley! We will definitely be coming back to visit your swimming pool soon.

Centre: Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre
Terri and other members of the reception staff have been incredibly helpful.I had a taster Pilates class and was so impressed with how easy it was to access, how friendly and welcoming the reception staff were - and how happy they look in their jobs.I signed up today, partly as a result of the availability of classes and partly because of the fantastic staff attitude. Thank you and well done.

Beyond a shaddow of a doubt Jax saved my life (Thursday 27th April) when i began to be so breathless and feeling so unwell she phoned through to Dr. Wilden at Barton Surgery and my husband who fortunately was having coffee rushed me to the Doctors. Jax is a very focused and conciencious lady and deserves to be recognised for what a marvellous human being she is. We all love her and appreciate what she does for us!

30836. Harriet
Centre: Reception
I would like to nominate Harriet from Royston Leisure Centre as she was very professional and caring when my eldest daughter failed to meet me at the centre. My 11 year old daughter had been missing for over an hour and a half and I had left my details with Harriet whilst I continued to search for her. When she turned up after ringing me Harriet chatted to my daughter, who by this time was quite distressed and she kept her calm. I cant thank her enough for this, she really showed a caring attitude and was a calming presence.
