John has worked hard with me to design a workout schedule for me. Ive been very demanding in terms of what i need. Im also not the easiest person to learn techniques and remember them, but John has endless patience. He did never show off his superior fitness and encourages me endlessly. Good on you John

Always helpful, takes time to explain everything and is never rude, even when under pressure. Because of the time taken by her when I first came, it meant I trusted staff to look after my children for the Wild Camp playscheme and repeatedly booked.

My coffee was the best coffee ever, made and served with a smile by Chris. Excellent service, will definately recommend

Aiden is very knowledgeable and always endeavoured to help me with any problems which I came across during workouts. He sorted me out with many new and enjoyable workouts which helped me to reach a high level of fitness. He was always there to push me that little further to gain the results and is an asset to Saxon gym.

I would like to nominate Scott because he is an asset to the Coffee Shop. He is always polite, helpful and efficient and welcomes customers with a smile and has time for everyone.

Both Party Leaders were fantastic. We all were so impressed with them - they kept the kids entertained the whole time.

Matt has a lovely personality, it shows when you enter the gym by always being greeted with a friendly smile. He has always been helpful towards me when ive needed help. The gym is a hard task and it helps with good members of staff

Emma is currently my personal trainer. She was recommended to me by another member of staff one Rachel Canning. I have since met other people who have worked with Emma or near her their acclaim is universal, she is not only a very pleasant friendly and capable trainer, she takes her work seriously and treats her clients with a great deal of respect and friendliness. I am disabled with multiple sclerosis and had despaired of being able to build my strength up, Emma has been fantastic. Not only is she very effective with her training techniques are she has frequently rearranged her schedule to make allowances for me and my training days which is very much appreciated and appears to be outside of what she should be required to do.Emma is the epitome of the WoW awards and constantly exceeds my expectations by going the extra mile and more, all with a friendly smile.
