That's why we want to know what you think about us, so we can continue to improve what we do and offer you the best possible service.
As part of this we are pleased to announce the introduction of The WOW! Awards. The WOW! Awards scheme provides you with a new and easy way of letting us know if we’re doing a good job.
This unique and exciting award programme helps us to deliver even better customer service by recognising any member of our team when they have gone above and beyond their normal duties to help a customer - in other words they have met one of our core values of "Going the Extra Mile".
