We have had Cathryn at our offices today for a CPD seminar regarding the Big Transfer. This is an extremely complicated topic where information is still very much evolving. The seminar was extremely well researched and prepared and provided excellent materials.Cathryns presentation was flexible enough to deal with the barrage of questions that we had on the subject and she was able respond in a pragmatic and knowledge manner, providing practical advice that will assist us in providing advice to our clients purchasing both during the transaction and afterwards.It was clear from the standard of the presentation that Cathryn has spent considerable time putting it together and, from our perspective, it was one of the most rewarding CPD presentations that we have been involved in.

Kelly Northcliffe what can i say WOW, I had a drainage matter which was holding up a few matters concerning my home. I explained everything to kelly and the response was excellent, Kelly sent out a letter on the same day and I recieved the letter the next day, the letter sent solved the matter you can not get better service than that and this was much appreciated many thanks.

Sarah excelled in her commitment to customer service. An auction pack was being prodcued and the final piece was the Local Authority search. Sarah prevented the search from being returned due to an unacceptable plan and assisted with a revised plan being submitted and accepted by the Local Authority thereby avoiding unwanted delays in the process. The Local Authority Search was submitted and returned within 24hours thus allowing us to meet the deadline to place a property in auction. Thank you so much Sarah
