How to Nominate

Before you nominate Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust (BNHFT) for a WOW! award there are just 3 criteria that must be met:
 
  1. The nomination has to be something that makes people go ‘WOW!’.
  2. The nomination needs to be about a recent experience not something that took place a year ago.
  3. It must be about a genuine customer experience, something that has happened to you personally.
To nominate BNHFT for a WOW! Award, please fill in the form below.
 
All that BNHFT require is your name, email address and phone number, so BNHFT can confirm your nomination and let you know if we get an award, and finally the reason for nominating them for this award.
 
The only information BNHFT will display on our site will be your name and your nomination, and none of the information will be used for other purposes.
